Will it be Super France again?

No to many Yes to a few.
Why do many think it won’t win and why do a few think it will win?
Tough questions right, but with facts and deep knowledge of football, the beautiful game, we will demystify together and come up with an appropriate conclusion.

World cup curse. Can it be a cause for France not to win the world cup?
The curse dictates that if a country wins the world cup it would exit from the tournament in the group stage. This was experienced by four out of the last five world cup winners. France 2002, Italy 2010, Spain 2014, and most recently Germany 2018. However, France has bitten the curse and proceeded to the round of 16. Hence the curse ruled out.

From football history, Eight different teams have won the world cup Brazil won back-to-back world cup titles in 1958 and 1962, and Italy in 1934 and 1938 defending their titles. Can France join Brazil and Italy to make history as the third team to win back-to-back crowns?

This year’s world cup might be super different. In my opinion and few people, France will lift the world cup.
However, France has suffered major blows to their squads. They have had serious injuries to their main players including Karim Benzema, the last year’s Ballon d’Or winner, Paul Pogba, Ngolo Kante, Presnel Kimpembe, Christopher Nkuku, Lucas Hernandez, Mike Maignan.

From the group stage, they have managed to top Group D with 2 wins.
There are very many reasons why the France team is going to win the World Cup again.
The main reason is their players and their mentality. They have a blend of experienced players who’ve already won the world cup and very young talented players.
The attack is led by young speed and skill stars Kylian Mbappe (3 goals) and Ousmane Dembele(1 assist).  Moreover, it has experienced Olivier Giroud who already bagged 2 goals in the tournament. The attack has bagged a total of 5  goals and 1 assist hence it is super phenomenal.

The midfield department is led by experienced Antoine Griezman who plays as an attacking midfield. He’s phenomenal and super creative. He already has one assist. He dictates the tempo of the game. His passing, dribbling, interceptions, dead ball delivery, and defending is superb. He was instrumental in their win against Denmark when he whipped a cross to assist Kylian Mbappe in the dying moments of the game. He plays a pivotal role in linking the midfield and the attack. This is a major boost to Didier Deschamps’ France.
Even with the absence of Ngolo Kante, Tchoumeni is proving to fit a little bit into his shoes. He handles the pressure of the sweet game like an experienced player yet he’s just 22 and this is his world cup debut.
Didier Deschamps invested his defense heavily with the inclusions of    Dayot Upamecano, William Saliba, Ibrahima Konate, Raphael Varane, and Joules Kounde at the center, Theo Hernandez, and Benjamin Pavard at the flanks.
Hugo Lloris between the sticks is superb. The skipper is one of the best goalkeepers in the world currently. He makes unimaginable saves. His reflexes are on another level.

The coaching staff is superb. It is led by Didier Deschamps. He is a good tactical coach who has the reputation and capabilities of linking the squad and leading it to lift another major trophy, The World Cup. He has won many major trophies.
Furthermore, they’d love to disapprove of many hence their vigor and zeal.
They’d like to bit the odds despite their major injuries they could achieve every country’s Football team’s dream of the world cup.
Moreover, France’s fixtures leading them to the final are relatively “easier”. Maybe Spain or Portugal or England can stop them from reaching the finals. However, in my opinion, none of these teams can stop super France.
Once they pass the quarters, they will reach the finals.
